Let Us Introduce You is a new project launching at Swansea Community Workshops with support from the National Lottery Fund. Are you aged between 18-25, not in higher education and looking to engage in learning a craft and the skills required to develop your own craft practice? These taster workshops and courses are just for you!
Our taster workshops are designed to give you a snippet of each craft discipline held at SCW. Run by talented and experienced tutors/makers you will take part in a 2 hour workshop working on a project that will give you a taste of what is required to work in that particular material. SCW are running workshops in Glass, Wood, Clay and Textiles throughout 2025. Have a look at all taster workshops available and get yourself booked in!
Following on from the taster workshops will be the opportunity to join a 12 week course in the material of your choice. Details of these courses will go live later in March so keep a look out for updates on our social media and website or send an expression of interest to office@sccw.org.uk.
To take part in the Let Us Introduce You project you must be aged between 18-25 and not in higher education. Please do not book a space if you do not fit into both requirements.
