The Yorkshire and Humberside Federation of Museums and Galleries was one of the first regional federations to be established. It is the only dedicated membership organisation for people working in, or for the benefit of Museums and Galleries in the region. Many museum and art gallery staff are involved in small and medium projects such as exhibitions and displays, using their extensive knowledge of artefacts.This course will look at the management processes and planning of such projects using tools available in other sectors. It should help you balance the cost, timescales and quality of projects to enable a successful outcome. It will use a case study to illustrate how the tools can be used practically.Cost £35-member £45 non-member
