Introduction to Risk Management

A 1 day course on what organisational risk and risk management means in a charity context.

This course will ensure you understand how to effectively assess and manage risk for your organisation and what Risk Management means in a charity context, including how to identify which are:

• Governance & leadership risks
• Financial risks
• Operational risks
• Legal & compliance risks
• Reputational risks
• Strategic risks

You will also understand how to create and implement a Risk Matrix to help you manage risks internally and demonstrate to funders on stakeholders that you managing risk effectively for your organisation or projects

As with all of our courses this has specifically been designed for non-profit organisations in Lambeth and is completely free, with support available following the course if needed to ensure all learning can be put into practice effectively for you organisation.
