Hello! I would like to invite you to our Introduction to Running session in May! Session will take a place on 29th of May 2025 in Kiveton Park! Worry not as our first session will be a gentle one! We will be talking about running techniques, importance of stretching before and after runs, hydration and terrain! I’m planning to take you for a quick 2km walk to practise our running technique and maybe if we feel like it – have a jog! You will be welcome to some post running / cooldown stretches refreshing drinks!

So! Wear comfortable running shoes, grab a snack or two and come along!

Frequently asked questions

Where can I park my car?

The Main car park is located on Hard Lane, North - East site of the Park.

What do I have to wear?

Comfortable running shoes, and clothes and take a rain coat just in case!

Where do we meet?

We will meet at the Hard Lane Carpark :)

What if the weather is bad?

I will monitor weather forecast and in case of bad weather (rain, strong winds) session will be postponed, I will advise few days before session.
