Introduction to Seesaw
This training session will look at the use of app based learning journals such as SeeSaw to record, assess and communicate effectively.
Unlock student creativity with the power of Seesaw! This hands-on workshop is designed for teachers new to the platform who want to move beyond paper and pencil. We will explore Seesaw’s multi-modal tools—including voice recording, drawing, and screencasting—to help students of all ages reflect on their learning.
In this session, we will cover:
- Setting up your first class and student sign-in (QR codes vs. Email).
- Navigating the Activity Library to find ready-to-use lessons.
- Using the Creative Canvas to differentiate instruction.
- The "Teacher Side": Approving posts and providing meaningful feedback
