Join our relaxed &amp; welcoming 90 minute workshop &amp; learn how to start a journal for wellbeing &amp; relaxation. Love mindful colouring in, sparkles and stationary? This is for you! Explore how to start a Self Care Journal with Kimmy from Nourish Northern Mamas. This is an interactive workshop to help you organise your priorities, schedule in self care breaks and connect to what is truly important to you. It will be a great way to sit, colour in and start an uplifting new hobby. Your workshop place includes: <ul><li>How to Self Care Journal” Workshop &amp; Talk –</li><li>Journal tips, hints &amp; techniques to get you started-</li><li>Colour in self care worksheet pack to do &amp; take home </li></ul>Please note this workshop ticket does not include a take home journal. It is optional but feel free to bring your own plain or dotted notebook or journal. All the pens, worksheets &amp; sparkles that you need will be provided. It would be lovely to see you there! Grown ups only please.
