Introduction to Silent Sufi Meditation

We will begin with a talk giving some background to the School of Sufi Teaching and our meditation practices. We will then sit together in meditation. Following this there will be an opportunity ask questions arising from your experience during the meditation.

Please arrive promptly at 19:00pm to benefit from the introductory talk.

The meditation will start at 19:30 pm when the front door will be closed to ensure an undisturbed period of solitude.

Meditation will be followed by Q&A's and the session will be completed by 9.00 pm.

Entry is via the side door, which is located on Globe Terrace, the side road between our building and the Florest Arms pub. The door entrance is at the end of footpath with the plant containers running along the wall.
