Spend the day immersing yourself in learning a new skill with guest tutor Jo Richards of Faye Benjamin Jewellery for a workshop giving you an Introduction to Silver Clay.
With a few simple techniques, in just one day, you can turn Silver Clay from a squishy little lump into solid silver jewellery and have something beautiful to take home. It really is amazing!
There will be plenty of time to explore the material, get tips and advice, and create your own gorgeous pieces of jewellery. You will make a pendant or two, or a pendant and a pair of drop earrings. Some people will make bracelet charms.
The skills you learn in this workshop will enable you to continue creating at home after you leave. If you would like to finish your piece with a chain (you can bring your own), ear wires or bracelet there will be a selection available to buy. A small number of starter kits will also be available to purchase from the tutor for anyone wishing to make more at home - card or cash accepted.
