Join us at Radiant Breathwork for an immersive workshop introducing you to the art of Transformational Breath®. Even if you are familiar with breathwork, it's an excellent opportunity for a refresher. Come and enjoy the benefits of breathing in a group!
In this workshop, you will learn how to breathe consciously and open up the whole of your respiratory system. You will experience the cutting-edge techniques of Transformational Breath®.
Transformational Breath® is a simple, natural and safe breathwork practice with many benefits for your physical, emotional, and mental well-being. It has been described as "Therapy without talking". It has many benefits, including helping reduce stress and anxiety, reducing physical pain and improving mental clarity and focus.

What to expect
We will explain the benefits of Transformational Breath®, give instructions on how to do it and demonstrate the breathwork technique so you feel fully prepared before we start. We will also help you set an intention for the session for something you want more of in your life to add power and purpose to the experience.
The breath session will include touch, toning, movement, and positive affirmations. Afterwards, there will be a guided meditation and time for relaxation to integrate the session.
How to prepare
- Wear loose, comfy clothing, not restricted around the waist
- Bring water
- Bring a notepad and pen for any journaling after your session if that’s your jam
- Bring or wear socks to keep you warm and cosy
- Mats, pillows & blankets are provided
- Try to avoid alcohol, caffeine and heavy meals 2 hours before the session
Who is it for?
Anyone over 18 - All levels of breathwork experience are welcome. No previous experience is required. All you need is an open mind and a willingness to explore the power of your breath.
About us
Kelly and Jon are the co-founders of Radiant Breathwork; both are trauma-informed and certified Facilitators and Group leaders in Transformational Breath®.
Kelly has over 18 years of leadership experience in a high-performing corporate career. She is also a health coach with a qualification from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and has studied with Irene Lyon, a world-leading Nervous System Expert. Kelly is deeply passionate about helping others manage their stress and ability to self-regulate and bring more peace and joy into their lives.
Jon has over 20 years of experience as a trainer and consultant in the corporate world. He has a Psychology degree and in-depth therapeutic training. He is committed to helping people become their best versions and live lives of purpose and joy. He uses the power of the shamanic drum and therapeutic sound to deepen the breath experience.
