Ever thought of planning a beach clean with your local group, co-workers or organisation?

Perhaps you've got an annual 'volunteer day' and want to use it to help the environment, but don't know where to start?

This online training session will introduce you to the basics of planning, setting up and running a beach clean and litter survey for the Marine Conservation Society.

(Please note, while we welcome people from all countries, the data gathered on our beach cleans feed into our UK database to inform UK policy). Additionally, some of the 'planning' parts of webinar may be less relevant if calling from outside of the UK.

The data you and your team collect from your beach clean is hugely important, as it helps us track the common items we find on our beaches and then campaign for change to reduce this pollution.
