Informal pub meetup to review and discuss 2-3 private equity investment opportunities over a drink!

Wetherspoon's Holborn Kingsway = central location & cheap pints! We'll hopefully find a table and I'll put an A4 printout of the business plan checklist picture on it so we can be spotted!

We'll talk through 2-3 private equity investment opportunities. We'll disect the business model and debate whether we think each of the businesses is a viable and compelling investment opportunity or whether it does not meet our due dilligence and investment appraisal criteria.

An interest and some knowledge and experience of investing, particularly in early stage companies and private equity, is required as we will be going into some technical detail.

I will post details of the investments nearer the time so that all investors attending will have a chance to have an initial look at them prior to our meeting.
