<p>Io is an original drama fantasy play written and directed by Ramon Castillanes Teñoso for Red Toad Productions in association with Philippine Theatre UK. It  highlights the struggle for equality, diversity, and acceptance set in the fantasy dystopian kingdom of Axis Solis. The play portrays the ongoing strife of the lower class, the misfits, the outcasts for equality against the forces of greed, power, and animosity to keep the status quo and prevent change. </p>
