They will share an insight into a typical day on the job, what they enjoy most about the role, the challenges and also provide a background into how they started their career in IPS. This is a valuable opportunity to hear first hand from an Employment Specialist, ask them any questions and get a true insight into the role.
The virtual event is completely free and open for anyone to attend.

About IPS
Individual Placement and Support (IPS) is an employment support approach that was originally developed for people experiencing mental health and addiction issues.
The approach is now increasingly being implemented in a range of settings including supporting veterans, people with physical health issues and prison leavers.
