A Knowledge Café on Conversational Leadership.

This session takes the form of a Knowledge Café, a structured yet informal way to explore ideas through conversation rather than presentations. It is participatory, reflective, and designed to help people think together.Work is often described through plans, meetings, outputs, and decisions. Yet what happens between people may shape what can be understood, questioned, and acted upon. The question is whether connection, and the conditions that shape it, should be seen as the work itself.David Gurteen and John Hovell will briefly introduce the theme and pose an opening question.
