Come and join Islington’s Partners in Practice (PIP) Team in an engaging week of learning and development sessions. We have developed 13 learning sessions and will host reflective sessions at the end of each day to enable peer discussion to support practitioners with their Social Work England’s CPD registration requirements.

Deprivation of Liberty and the role of the Independent Reviewing Officer: IRO have a pivotal role overseeing the care and the support of young people accomodated by local authorities. This session focuses on what IRO's should consider and what their role would be in relation to Dols. This session will be facilitated by Claire Barcham and Antonia Canning.

Additional sessions throughout the week

You are welcome to register for as many sessions as you would like to attend. All sessions are free and aim to foster an environment of learning and generate fruitful discussions. You can access each session by selecting the title.
