Come and join Islington’s Partners in Practice (PIP) Team in an engaging week of learning and development sessions. We have developed 13 learning sessions and will host reflective sessions at the end of each day to enable peer discussion to support practitioners with their Social Work England’s CPD registration requirements.
Navigating Burnout: Unaddressed burnout in social work presents serious consequences for both individual practitioners and the profession as a whole. This session is to raise awareness about the prevalence in social care, the consequences of burnout, and strategies to support our well-being. This session will be facilitated by Andrea Ferdinand,
