The UK's communication sector is undergoing a fundamental pivot. Following years defined by rapid digital infrastructure deployment and significant capital influx, the focus for leaders, shareholders, and investors has shifted. The emphasis has moved from fibre rollout towards consolidation, take up and refinancing. Simultaneously, providers are navigating intense retail competition, the push for greater operational efficiencies, innovative take up strategies and turning rapid deployment into positive cash flow.The ISP Summit, titled ‘Customers, Consolidation and Competition: The Next Chapter for UK Connectivity,’ will bring together over 200 senior leaders from the UK internet ecosystem to explore how the sector can effectively articulate its value to crucial audiences. Discussions will centre on aligning commercial, technical, and policy messaging to support the next stage of market maturity, ensuring the case for connectivity is understood by customers, policymakers, and second-phase investors.Through keynote speeches, high-level panel sessions, and three parallel workstreams, attendees will actively engage in critical discussions, including:<ul><li>Strengthening investor confidence amid funding pressures and market consolidation.</li><li>Addressing the shift of investor expectations from network coverage to take-up, sustainability, and long-term returns.</li><li>Bridging the gap between technical investment in resilience and performance, and what customers actually recognise and value.</li><li>Tackling the challenge of customer perception in an increasingly commoditised broadband market.</li><li>Framing ongoing barriers in Multi-Dwelling Units (MDUs) and high-rise buildings for policymakers and stakeholders.</li></ul>Attendees will also have the opportunity to network with peers and partners throughout the event, with lunch and afternoon refreshments provided.This event is complimentary for partners, members, and representatives from the public and third sectors. A ticket fee applies to representatives from other organisations.
