Each class allows you to tap into your NATURAL GENIUS, BRILLIANCE and ANCIENT WISDOMS using the healing energy of your breath to bring mental and emotional clarity and balance.

Reset your cellar body, self-talk and thought diet and Reconnect to your inner power practising a fusion of HUDU, Chi Gong, Kemetic and Hatha yoga movements.

The class will run from 11 am to 1pm. Doors open at 10.45am.

The Ital Yoga class will be held at The Black Cultural Centre Islington, 16–18 Hornsey Road, N7 7BT. Nearest tube station is Holloway Road (Picadilly Line).

Cost: £12 per class advanced bookings. Drop ins £15.

What do I bring to the event?

Mat, any aids such as block or strap, towel, water, something warm for meditation.
