On this one day course you will learn the basics of creating delicious traditional Italian breads. Keith will start with an introduction to ingredients and share essential knowledge and tips on how to successfully make Italian bread in your own home kitchen. You will be introduced to mixing techniques and shown different approaches to developing the different doughs and make an amazing selection to take home. These include Focaccia, Ciabatta, Grissini alle olive e pecorino, Carta di Musica -‘Music Paper’ flat bread, Panini al Pomodoro and our Rosemary and Parmesan loaf incorporating a predough I will prepare the night before.

Making your own fresh bread is a fantastic life skill. And your friends and family will thank you for it!

We offer a number of different classes - not just bread, we also do a few other baking classes, all with Keith. If you have never baked before, or you're a bread novice, or if you are an experienced baker who wants to explore something new, or just enjoy baking with someone else, choose a class you like the look of and get baking!

Lunch is included and you will leave with all the recipes and plenty of hands on practice. And you will go home with everything you bake!

Classes are limited for up to four participants. All classes take place at my home, the same place I bake everything for Lekito.
