Following on from the first successful Time to Talk event in July which focused on hate crime; Brent’s Civic Centre will play host to another on 3 October 2016. This time we will be focusing on extremism – in all its forms. 
Attending the event, there will be a number of high-profile speakers attending including Alex Krasodomski-Jones from the leading think-tank Demos, Dr Varun Uberoi of Brunel University and Dr Sara Silvestri of City University London.
All forms of extremism will be discussed here. The aim is to develop community-led strategies to empower the people of Brent to unite and tackle the scourge of extremism.
