This event isn't specific to women and is open to all at AMBS no matter what stage of your career you are at.

Activity 1: Exploring your strengths

Understanding who you are and what you offer is important in ensuring and creating a fulfilling career. Whether you’ve recently joined AMBS or have been at the School for a number of years, this interactive workshop will be a great opportunity to explore your strengths, give you space to reflect on how you currently utilise your strengths, and get you thinking of new ways to embed them into your life to create a sense of fulfilment.

Activity 2: Sharing your experiences

The second part of the workshop is an opportunity to meet likeminded individuals from AMBS as you further explore your career experience. This will be a safe space to share your experiences and hear from others about some of the key challenges women face in the workplace.
