Please join us for Session 3 of IWIRC's Great Returners Programme: Setting Boundaries
Wednesday 17 June 2026 at 12:30pm – 1:30pm via Zoom
Join us for an interactive and practical session on Setting Boundaries as a returner, facilitated by Kate Adey.
The goal: To understand what boundaries really are, recognise where yours are slipping across three levels - with yourself, at work and at home - and leave with at least three practical tools you can use the same day, knowing exactly where to start.
This session will be a virtual session taking place via Zoom.
If you have any questions, please reach out to Becky Terrace (Rebecca.terrace@squirepb.com).
About the Great Returners Programme: for those new to the programme, it is designed to support individuals returning to work from a long-term period of leave, whether that be a sabbatical, parental, maternity, sick-leave, or otherwise. Offered to IWIRC members, the Programme involves a variety of workshops throughout the year, with a mix of in-person and remote workshops. The sessions are facilitated by Kate Adey and Fahrah Gulamhusein, specialist return to work coaches, who create a safe and inviting space for members to discuss topics affecting returners, acquire practical skills to manage the change in dynamic, and foster connections between individuals in a similar stage of life.
