Embodied Breathwork Journey

Transform the ordinary with your breath. Join this in-person journey at Tilgate to release, reset, and reconnect through conscious breath.

Join this in-person Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey at The Carlton Clinic Wellbeing Hub, Tilgate—an immersive experience to help you release, reset, and reconnect. Through guided breathwork, rhythm, and curated music, you’ll explore how the breath can calm the mind, open the body, and restore balance and clarity.

You may experience a release of tension or emotion, a renewed sense of calm, and a deeper connection with yourself and others.

What to bring:
Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, and anything else that supports your comfort — such as a cushion, water bottle, or eye mask.
