<p>In our latest round up of  all the latest updates on matters related to path improvement and protection, we will welcome Bill Piers, path maintenance team leader of North Bucks rRIPPLE (Ramblers Repairing and Improving Paths for Public Leisure and Exercise) as our guest speaker. Bill's team has successfully installed more than 350 gates in North Bucks and removed many stiles through their local "Donate-A-Gate" scheme. Bill will describe the journey so far, how the project operates and why he got involved. He will discuss the positives and the challenges as well as giving some hints and tips on successful gate installation. A must for anyone actively involved or interested in practical path improvement work.</p><p>In addition, six months on from the general election, what is the new government doing to fulfill it's pledge to improve responsible public access to nature? Stephen and Kate, Ramblers Policy and Public Affairs Managers for England, will give an update on our campaign for an Access to Nature Bill and explain what members can do now to help us grow support amongst MPs.</p>
