After the rush and brightness of the festive season, January invites us to soften, slow down, and return to ourselves. Wrapped in the soothing vibrations of gongs, harp, crystal bowls, and Himalayan bowls, you’ll be guided into a state of deep relaxation where the nervous system can settle, the mind can quieten, and fresh intentions can take root. This is a beautiful opportunity to rest after , clear away the old, and welcome the new with calm, clarity, and renewed energy.Join us at Amersham Band Hall Sunday 14th . Tea and Chocolate will be served at the end.

Please Bring a yoga mat/something to lie on, a pillow and a blanket anything to make yourself super cozy and comfortable. The more comfortable you are the better the experience.Eye masks will be provided. I also have a few spare mats.
