Jewellery Workshop - Capturing Nature with Silver Clay
No previous experience required.
Suitable for ages 12 and above. Under 18s must be accompanied by a paying adult.
In this workshop we will explore two different methods to create stunning jewellery from nature. Using silicone moulds and direct imprinting into the Silver Clay, you will create fabulous silver pieces that capture its beauty forever.

What you will learn:
- Design ideas and considerations
- Introduction to tools and equipment
- How to create a silicone mould
- How to imprint a leaf directly into the Silver Clay
- Drying, sanding and refining
- Firing
- Polishing and finishing
- How to attach jump rings and earwires
Taught at a private location in the village of Itchen Abbas, just a few miles from Winchester, we will work at a relaxed pace in a small group of no more than 8.
Once your place is confirmed, I will email further details about the day - including directions - the week before the workshop starts. There is free parking on site.
Your work will be fired and finished during the session so you can wear your creation(s!) home with pride!
Please bring a sturdy pair of shoes and your own lunch; drinks will be provided.
Materials:
Materials are extra at £30pp including a 10g pack of ArtClay Silver, plus all the sanding and polishing materials you'll need.
Additional clay, starter kits and jewellery findings can be purchased during the day.
