Jiggle & Stretch: A workout for the body and booty
I've invited the incredible Blu to join me for a fun, energetic and feel-good workout session on Thursday 16 October from 7pm - 9pm.
This class is all about getting your body moving and your booty shaking. You'll be guided through a series of exercises designed to release tension and stress, increase confidence and strengthen your muscles while also improving flexibility.
The first session will be a twerk class with Nana, and then you'll have a hips and hamstrings stretch and flex session with Blu. Whether you're a fitness fanatic or a beginner, this class is suitable for all levels. So grab your workout gear and get ready to jiggle and stretch your way to a healthier you!
About your instructors
Nana
I'm a certified Level 2 Exercise to Music professional with a passion for dance, movement, and joyful self-expression. I teach dynamic dance wellness classes, including twerk-inspired fitness and, of course, samba, my greatest passion.

Blu
She's passionate about teaching and sharing mobility and flexibility training in an accessible way to everyone! Pain free movement no matter the age.
Blu's background has always been dance and creative expression. She got into gymnastics at age 11 and was very consistent in watching the Olympics, which aided her in training herself prior to the professional training she eventually underwent. To say the least, Blu is in love with any fitness based activity and this was the birth of Stretch and Flex!
