Come join us for an uplifting Jivamukti Yoga Open class – a dynamic and soulful Vinyasa-style practice set to music that will awaken your body, mind, heart, and spirit. Created in 1984 by Sharon Gannon and David Life, Jivamukti Yoga goes far beyond the physical – it’s a method that blends strong asana practice with deep spiritual teachings.

This class integrates movement, breath, intention, yoga philosophy, chanting, and meditation, creating a holistic experience that brings you into alignment with yourself and the world around you. Each sequence is designed to be accessible to all levels (12 years old & up) – whether you're just starting your journey or deepening an established practice.

You’ll leave feeling stronger, lighter, and more connected — physically energised and spiritually inspired.

What to Expect:

• A breath-led Vinyasa flow linking movement and intention

• Uplifting music to support your rhythm and expression

Chanting and sound to open the heart

Yoga philosophy shared in a relatable, modern way

• A short meditation to ground and centre

• Deep connection to yourself and the teachings of yoga

No prior experience is needed – just bring your curiosity and an open heart.

Your Guide – Solange Croissiau, Solange began her journey in France, where she was born and raised, before moving to the UK to study Psychology. Her passion for yoga took a significant turn during her studies, leading her to India for a yoga teacher training course in Rishikesh, the yoga capital. Immersed in the local culture, she developed a deep appreciation for yoga’s rich tradition and spiritual roots.

She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy, deepening her understanding of the human psyche and emotional wellbeing. Combining her academic background in psychology with alternative healing modalities, Solange offers a mindful, transformative practice that bridges ancient wisdom with contemporary awareness. Her Jivamukti classes invite you to embody the philosophy of yoga and live more consciously – both on and off the mat.
