In order to help protect the health of our staff and visitors during this difficult time, we have closed all of our Galleries. We will post any further updates here and on our social media channels.The National Galleries of Scotland comprises three galleries in Edinburgh and two partner galleries in the North and South of Scotland. Our collection of fine art is amongst the best in the world.We are open daily and Admission is free. Doors open: 5.30pm
 Join Stellar Quines and Heroica Theatre Companies for two full cast performed readings of Joan Eardley: A Private View; a new play on the life and work of artist Joan Eardley. Writer Anna Carlisle, director Marilyn Imrie and the cast are inviting audience feedback on the play and will be discussing the development of the full production which will be touring UK galleries in 2017. Limited places and booking required.
