Plog-olution is headed up by Personal Trainer Dermot Kavanagh and Michelle Parkes and aims to bring together local communities to help clean up the scourge of plastic and at the same time promote healthy living.

<H2>Join the Plogolution!</H2>
<P>Plogging is a mixture of running/walking whilst picking up rubbish at the same time; a double endorphin hit of fun!</P>
<P><SPAN>Come and join our next Ealing plog on 28th April and help us to make a massive difference to local communities. As always there will be 2 routes; a 2k walk and a 5k run. All equipment including gloves and rubbish bags will be provided and a free t-shirt!</SPAN></P>
