Plog-olution is headed up by Personal Trainer Dermot Kavanagh and Michelle Parkes and aims to bring together local communities to help clean up the scourge of plastic and at the same time promote healthy living.

<H2>Join the Plogolution in Central London!</H2>
We are delighted to be holding a central London plog (running and rubbish pick up) which will be starting at Vivobarefoot in Neal Street and taking a 2k walk and a 5k run route around central London before finishing at the Lush Store on Oxford Street.
There will be complimentary hand massages and facials available on a first come first serve basis in Lush Store afterwards. After that, the amazing Parkour Generations will be running a trial Parkour class for those ploggers interested in trying it out!
Vivobarefoot have very kindly offered up a free prize draw which everyone turning up on the day will be entered into!
First prize - a free pair of Vivobarefoot shoes and a 90 minute running technique session
Second prize - a free pair of Vivobarefoot shoes
Gloves and rubbish bags will be provided as well as a free Plogolution t-shirt. 
Come along, help clean up the local area and have fun at the same time!
