Plog-olution is headed up by Personal Trainer Dermot Kavanagh and Michelle Parkes and aims to bring together local communities to help clean up the scourge of plastic and at the same time promote healthy living.

<P>Ever heard of plogging before?! Well it's running/walking whilst picking up rubbish at the same time! Get that double endorphin hit of not only keeping fit but also making a massive difference to your local community at the same time.</P>
<P>All equipment will be provided including gloves, rubbish bags and a FREE Plogolution t-shirt! Everyone welcome, pop along and make some friends!</P>
<P>Plogolution supports the council's MyWandsworth campaign to keep the borough clean and tidy.</P>
