Each week, we use a variety of methods(Journaling prompts, creative writing, group discussions, quizzes, worksheets) to help you understand yourself better and work out what you want, and need, from life.
Don't worry if you're shy, there's no pressure to share anything.
We all have our own experiences and I believe we can learn from each other, as
well as validating each others experiences. It's a safe, confidential space where you can be yourself.
It's a non therapeutic, non clinical group.
Anyone is welcome. You don't need any journaling knowledge or know anything
about wellbeing to attend.
