Equipped with rich experiences of 15 years of full time jobs in the social development sector, Vibha moved out of her leadership job position in 2010, and since then has been functioning as an enabler for organizations' health-harmony-growth, as global gratitude champion, happiness catalyst and Flow of Life Guide and as leader for her non-profit-Muskaan. In addition to working extensively in north India, she has undertaken assignments in USA, Russia, Netherlands, Thailand, Myanmar, Afghanistan and Sri Lanka. Currently she is leading project ‘Faithkeepers’ through her non-profit Muskaan, to impart anxiety management skills for emotional well-being, in response to COVID crisis.Vibha leads with the values of Integrity, Efficiency and Compassion. She does not write her surname, instead, she writes ‘humanity’ as religion, ‘blood’ as caste and ‘mother nature’ as her nationality, wherever she required to fill up such columns in forms. She is pursuing her twin purpose of a) spreading the joy of gratitude to promote human and planet’s well-being and b) helping organizations for their holistic health.
