As part of our ongoing programme of work, we are pleased to be partnered with Attitude is Everything, a formidable charity whose work is focussed on improving deaf and disabled people's access to live music. During the next few months, AIE will be delivering their Disability Equality and Customer Care Training. This training is suitable for events, venues and festivals that want to gain an introduction to Disability Equality and understand the key concepts that you need to know in order to provide an accessible service for your customers.

This training covers:

• Disability and the UK today

• The Equality Act

• Social Model of Disability

• Case Studies

• Language and Terminology

The session will last 3 hours including breaks, and will start at 13:00. In order to join you will have needed to download zoom video conferencing software. Links will be available soon.
