JTL Female Apprentice Network Launch Event

An exciting new initiative from JTL to connect women in plumbing, heating & electrical trades.

Join us during National Apprenticeship Week 2026 for the launch of JTL's new Female Apprentice Network - designed to support women entering and progressing in plumbing, heating and electrical trades.

The launch event themed as 'Building Our Network' marks the beginning of a 12-month programme designed to build confidence, skills and connections for women in the trades.

This interactive half-day event will include:

• Keynote speakers
• Networking and peer-building activities
• Introduction to mentoring opportunities
• Career mapping support
• CV writing clinic
• Employer engagement
  

Who Should Attend:

• Current JTL female apprentices
• Prospective female apprentices
• Female applicants (September 2026 intake)
• Plumbing, heating and electrical employers interested in recruiting female apprentices
