Unwind at the end of the month with a spacious 90 minute yoga + meditation practice that will leave you feeling restored and replenished. We'll start with a yin yoga sequence of long held postures (mostly lying and seated) supported by props (bolsters are provided) to lovingly release tension from the physical body. We'll then continue to unravel any residual tension from the mind with a guided yoga nidra relaxation to transport you to another dreamy realm where you can relax fully. You are welcome to lie or sit for the yoga nidra in a position that is comfortable for you.
Absolutely no yoga or meditation experience (or flexibility!) is required to join us ~ all of you is welcome.
