How long is my ticket valid for on the night?

Tickets are valid for entry to KC: NYE from 9:30pm-10.00pm ONLY at HTB Brompton Road. After this point, entry to the event will be allocated on a first come, first served basis until we are full.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?

The event is not aimed at young children. There will be a room available as an unmanned area for those children who are restless.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

You can either download and print your paper tickets at the link provided in your confirmation email or show them as e-tickets on the door.

Is there parking onsite?

Parking at Brompton Road is significantly reduced for this event and subject to delays upon exit. We recommend that you do not arrive by car.

Is there a limit to the number of tickets I can register for?

This event is always very busy therefore we impose a limitation of one booking per person (of up to 4 tickets). Any duplicated bookings made with the same email address will automatically be removed.

Is there a cloakroom or luggage storage facilities?

We regret that we are not able to provide a cloakroom or luggage storage facilities and will not be able to allow admittance to anyone carrying large luggage due to the limited space we have available.

Can I hold seats for friends on the night?

Please arrive with the group you wish to sit with as seats cannot be held. This ticket is valid for entry into the service, not an actual seat as this is a standing event. However, we are able to provide seating for those who are not able to stand. Please email the team at sundayservices@htb.org.uk

Can I attend if I do not have a ticket?

Due to high levels of interest in this event if you do not have a ticket, we are not able to guarantee that you will be admitted into this event.

How HTB uses your personal data?

Holy Trinity Brompton (HTB) will collect your personal data, such as name and contact information for the purposes of managing registrations and your images for the purposes of marketing and advertising HTB activities in print and online, including on social media and on our website, and HTB will share these resources with HTB’s related parties, which include Alpha International, Church Revitalisation Trust, St Paul’s Theological Centre, for their legitimate interests in line with their activities.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please sit in the demarcated no film zone during the event.
