Trying to keep going with healthier lifestyle choices? Come and join us to share techniques for boosting motivation!
Come along to this 2 hour coaching workshop on sustaining healthier choices that support our health and wellbeing. This session is available for anyone who has attended any of our previous Wellbeing Groups or one to one coaching appointments with the Wellbeing Service. The purpose of the workshop is to provide coaching to support 'Keeping on Track' with our health and wellbeing goals and sustainable healthy lifestyle changes.
The session will be delivered by our Living Well Coaches.
Tea and Coffee provided
There is free parking on site.
* * PLEASE NOTE** this group is available for anyone registered with a GP practice in Eden or Keswick and Solway.
Information will be emailed to the attendees at least two working days before the first session, however if you have any questions please email: wellbeing@ncic.nhs.uk
Enrolling on this course means you are giving your consent to access your GP records to register you for our course on our service’s digital NHS record system.
The data you provide to the Wellbeing Service will be stored securely and will be used for the purposes of administering your attendance on this course and in accordance with the NHS data protection policy, which is in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations.
Please note, our courses are open only to patients in a GP practice in either Keswick and Solway or Eden Integrated Care Communities/Primary Care Networks.
We will send you confirmation and details of the course after the closing date for booking free tickets.
PSYCHOLOGICAL WELLBEING
Please note that our courses are not a treatment for psychological health difficulties or addiction. We do explore self-help tools, including mindfulness, which are proven to be beneficial for psychological health in the right circumstances. If you have recently received or are currently receiving treatment or medication from a psychiatrist, psychotherapist or counsellor for an ongoing psychological health difficulty, we strongly advise that you consider carefully whether this is the right time for you to take part in this course. You might want to postpone participation in the course until a later date.
