We are part of Constructing Excellence; the single organisation charged with driving the change agenda in construction. As part of the wider group, we exist to improve industry performance both nationally and in Kent, in order to produce a better built environment. We are a cross-sector, cross-supply chain, member led organisation operating for the good of industry and its stakeholders.Our aim is to seek out and break down barriers to sustained improvement in construction practice. The Kent branch of Constructing Excellence continues to be collaboration focused. Through our wide and varied membership from all sectors of the industry, we are able to share knowledge and experience for the benefit of many.Our chairperson Cheryl Causebrook hosts our events, supported by the rest of our cross sector committee. Kent branch meetings are relaxed, encouraging open conversation and the building of relationships.
