What if I’m late?

Please aim to arrive 15 minutes before the time slot on your ticket. If you are late, we will do our best to include you in the experience, however this is at the discretion of the Escape Room team. If it’s not possible for you to join your original session, we will do our best to find another slot.

Question 2

What if I don’t have a group of 6?

Accepted Answer

Those with groups of under 6 players will be combined with other players to create a total of 6 people. In some instances, the Escape Room team may add additional players to your group.

Question 3

Where can I keep my things?

Accepted Answer

There will be a coat rack outside the Escape Room that is only accessible by those in the Escape Room during your game session.

Is there an age limit?

The game is not recommended for children under 14 years old, and all under 18s must be accompanied by an 18+ adult.

Question 5

What should I wear?

Accepted Answer

Wear what you are comfy in. Trainers/flat-soled shoes are recommended but the game isn’t physically strenuous.

What if I’m pregnant?

Accepted Answer

The game isn’t physically taxing and should be suitable for pregnant people. If needed, during your game session, the game host is on hand should you need to take a seat or leave the room.

The Escape Room is downstairs and there isn’t access for wheelchair users. However, there will be some puzzles on the ground floor level so that those with difficulty accessing a space down a flight of stairs can enjoy the activity. The ground floor has a double door entrance with a 10cm step/lip.

What if I’m claustrophobic?

The Escape Room takes place in a sizeable, lower ground floor room with no windows. The ceiling height is standard and there are no small spaces that players will be required to enter. The door isn’t locked during the game session and players are able to leave whenever needed.

How long is the game?

From 0-45 minutes, depending on the clue-solving abilities of your team!

How do I get there?

The nearest stations are Shoreditch High Street (3 minute walk) and Old Street (12 minute walk).
