クラス内容:

インプロを通して、自身の身体、そして、思考 - 自分のインサイドをリサーチし、理解していきます。それと同時に、空間の流れを感じながら、身体を柔らかくし、重心を見つけていくことからスタートします。そして、身体全体に意識を行き届かせた後、フロアワーク、テクニックにフォーカスをあて、最後にフレーズを学びます。フレーズでは、自分が感じているインサイドを、どのようにアウトプットしていくかを探求していきたいと思います。

様々なダンス、パフォーマンスのジャンルでプロとして活動し、2カ国を拠点として活動していく中で、自分のIdentityをリサーチすることは、私にとってすごく大切なこととなりました😌✨パフォーマーとしても、人としても。オーディションシーズンに入る、入っている時期であろう今年卒業予定のダンサーズ。イギリス生活にも慣れてきただろう1,2年生。そして、新しい扉を開け、ワーホリでイギリスで活動をスタートさせたダンサーのみなさん。ぜひこのテーマについて、一緒に考えてみませんか？

Class:

Through improvisation, we will research and deepen our understanding of our own bodies and thoughts—our inner selves. At the same time, focuses on feeling the flow of the space, softening the body, and moving with intention. We will explore the flow of movements inside and outside your body and how to locate your center of gravity. After bringing full awareness to our entire body, we will shift our focus to floor work and technique. The workshop will end with a movement phrase, expressing what we are feeling on the inside and translating it into an outward expression.

Talk session - the theme this time is “Identity”🌼 Having two languages, two cultures and two homes, bringing them together to form my identity has been one of the most important journeys of my life.
