A Q&A with ShadowFoundr about how you can scale your business with fully funded placements in 2021

In 2020, the Government launched a £2bil Kickstart scheme, creating opportunities for 16-24 year olds at risk of long-term unemployment. The scheme supports employers with funding to create six-month job placements starting any time in 2021. Plus X champions social impact, business growth and talent attraction, so we have partnered with ShadowFoundr, an investment ecosystem and government approved gatekeeper organisation to submit applications from our community. Why act as a gatekeeper? Kickstart applications must be for a minimum of 30 job placements, so we will collectively submit applications from our network on your behalf. This opportunity also provides our community with the valuable chance to take on a fully funded young talent to support their business growth.
