<H3>Connecting with likeminded people is the best way to kickstart a big, brave career change.</H3>
 This is why we created Tribes - community transition programmes to help groups of people get unstuck or start a business. (More info below).
Our next intake kicks off in May 2016.  This workshop is an opportunity to get a feel for what a Tribe is like, and the magic that can happen when awesome, escape-minded people get together. These are intimate workshops with Escape experts and places are limited to 20 per workshop.

<H2>What will happen during the event?</H2>
8:00am: Welcome &amp; Introductions Please arrive just before 8am  - grab a tea or coffee &amp; pastry and meet the Escape team.
Then we'll break up into two groups according to your interests, either Escape or Startup:
8:15-9:00am: Escape Workshop with Escape Tribe Leaders Learn about core escape principles, and kickstart your journey towards transition. An opportunity to create a starting point for engaging with your escape ideas. Big thinking, group discussions, ideas galore.
8:15-9:00am: Startup Workshop with Escape Founders Learn about core startup principles, and how you can start your entrepreneurial journey before leaving your job. An opportunity to ask questions about the startup process and work through ideas with someone who has been there. Practical tips, idea generation and group activities.
9:00-9:15am: Get Connected Stick around at the Escape School, grab another coffee, and meet all the other likeminded souls looking to make meaningful change in their career.

<H3>The Escape Tribe</H3>
This is a 3-month action-based community experience, designed to accelerate your transition into more fulfilling work. It's based in London and kicks off in mid-January 2016.
Are you tired of jumping through hoops, sick of playing by the rules, and determined to build a career on your own terms? If you're ready to take action, the Escape Tribe might be right for you. 
Cost: from £2,250. All types of career experience and industry are welcome. Designed to fit around full-time employment.

<H3>The Startup Tribe</H3>
This is an intensive 3-month startup building programme that will give you the confidence, skills and accountability to start and launch your own business. Avoid the common pitfalls, and get to launch.
If you are tired of thinking about business ideas and ready to start building; and are determined not to look back and regret not taking action, then the Startup Tribe might be for you.
Cost: from £2,250. No existing business idea necessary. Designed to fit around full-time employment.
