About this event

Join us for a postnatal circle to chat, enjoy moments of mindfulness and relax. With of course a warm cup of tea! These sessions are about nurturing and prioritising YOU.

Each gathering is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, connect with your community and share experiences. We will follow our seasonal needs with a different theme each month, supported with an activity, discussion or time to create. Each session will include 20 minutes of seasonal yoga and relaxation led by Rafy.

Whilst most of our groups at Kin Collective are designed to attend with your baby, based on feedback for our parent community we have created Solidaritea as time just for you.

These monthly sessions are hosted by facilitator Rafy at Kin Collective on a Thursday evening. Select the ticket that is right for you - sessions are free to attend, please help us to continue this service for future families with a pay it forward donation of £3.00 if you are able.

Find our Family Wellbeing Hub at 4 Duncan Place, next to Leith Links (EH6 8HW) which has a bike rack outside, free on street parking after 17.30, and is accessible by buses stopping nearby at Duke Street, Easter Road and Leith Walk, which is also the nearest tram stop. Inside the main entrance you will see a doorbell marked KIN and a bell for reception where you will be directed to our Family Wellbeing Hub.

Things to know about your visit to Kin Collective:

- Ramp and step free access

- Accessible toilet

- Advance booking is essential

If you have any questions, or if there is anything we can do to support you attending please email us at info@kincollective.org and we will be happy to help.

Organised by

Kin Collective is a social enterprise supporting parental wellbeing in the perinatal (pre and postnatal) period. We run groups, classes and workshops to help parents feel more prepared, confident and connected on the journey into parenthood.

Our focus is on professional, practical and peer support to improve physical, emotional and mental wellbeing and we offer a mix of online and in person support. Our face to face activities run from our welcoming Family Wellbeing Hub in Leith.

Our funded places enable us to offer a programme of activities and support that is free and open to all. You can help support us by purchasing a pay it forward ticket if you are able - your donations enable us to continue and grow our services and support for families .
