At King’s, impact is not just a buzzword, but a commitment. It is a purposeful dedication to actively engage with and contribute to the world’s most urgent challenges. A legacy King's has upheld for nearly two centuries.The world’s biggest challenges can’t be solved by individuals. They take a collective effort. From students to academics to operational staff, we all have a role to play in responding to pressing global challenges.On Tuesday 28 November at Science Gallery London, Vice-Chancellor &amp; President, Professor Shitij Kapur, and Vice President (International, Engagement &amp; Service), Professor `Funmi Olonisakin, will share their ambitions and goals for impact at King’s, while also launching a new network focussed on sharing best practice and inspiring new collaborations.Formed of academic and professional staff, students, alumni and community groups, King’s Impact Changemakers is a network, which brings together our collective resources, expertise and partners to accelerate progress at individual, community, civic, national and global levels.The event will run from 11:00 to 13:00 followed by a light lunch. The launch event will also offer attendees the chance to shape and inform the future development of the network.Looking forward to seeing you there!
