A friendly 90‑minute session helping families start solid foods confidently, covering readiness, safety, recipe ideas and finger foods.
Join us for a warm and informative session designed to support families as they start their baby’s journey into solid foods. We’ll explore the signs that your little one may be ready, discuss important safety considerations, and share simple, practical recipe ideas to help you begin with confidence.
Towards the end of the session, you’ll also have the opportunity to sample a selection of finger foods and ask any questions you may have.
