Who Should Become a Kirkpatrick Certified L&D Professional?
All L&D Professionals serious about their career, professional development and who want to demonstrate the effectiveness of their learning interventions and how they impact on the performance of their organisation.
How is the Programme Structured?
You spend 2 Full Days immersing yourself in the New World Kirkpatrick Four Levels Evaluation methodology and how to apply it back in your organisation.
Following the programme you get to complete an Evaluation Plan related to your organisation, and have access to 12 months informal coaching and support. This enables you to effectively transfer the learning back in your organisation.
"I love the New World Kirkpatrick Model! It applies to rapidly changing industry and allows for flexibility within a framework." Rose Holiday S.C. Johnson
Why Get Kirkpatrick Certified?
Kirkpatrick Certification takes evaluation to a new level, helping you understand how to effectively bridge the gap between learning and organisational performance improvement.
"This is an exceptionally well-structured programme. I was surprised that so much was fitted in without it feeling like too much to take in. That’s all down to it being interesting, involving and relevant." Karen Davies, Glaxo Smith Kline
Why Should Your Organisations Adopt the New World Kirkpatrick Model?
Organisations need to continually improve performance to stay ahead in the fast moving and competitive world. L&D teams play a key role in driving performance improvement, but most people in key L&D roles are unable to demonstrate the real value they add. This programme gives you the tools and techniques to demonstrate your value to the business.

What's Unique About the Kirkpatrick Method?
The unique feature of this programme is the focus on how learning is transferred through changing behaviours that lead to sustained business change. You will also receive detailed feedback on your own evaluation plan that you work on throughout the 2 day event as a means for you to become successfully certified.
"Kirkpatrick’s four levels is the best I’ve ever seen in evaluating training effectiveness. It is sequentially integrated and comprehensive. It goes far beyond ‘smile sheets’ into actual learning, behaviour changes and actual results, including long-term evaluation. An outstanding model!” Stephen R. Covey
