Dr Matthew Critchlow - Managing Director at Kirros and Visiting Lecturer at the University of Westminster.

Matthew brings over 15 years’ experience in designing and running programmes to enhance individual, team and organisational performance. He specialises in leadership development, employee wellbeing programmes and techniques for measuring and enhancing human resilience.

Matthew conceived and designed a ground-breaking psychometric assessment: The Resilience Quotient Inventory (RQi) in collaboration with Dr Julian Edwards from the Open University and Justin Haroun and Kate Fismer from the Westminster Centre for Resilience. He has written and delivered training programmes on topics including leadership, resilience and coaching skills, to organisations including Nationwide Building Society, Imperial College London, Microsoft and the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS).

Charlie Cannon - Transformational Health and Wellbeing Coach and Resilience Expert

Charlie Cannon is a performance enhancement coach who has helped leaders, teams and global organisations build resilience. He has worked as a leadership development consultant and coach with some of the world's best-known brands, including, HSBC, PepsiCo and Tesco. Charlie specialises in performance under pressure, personal resilience and wellbeing at work; his passion is to educate executives and teams to develop personal resilience, drive sustained performance and develop the fitness to lead.

Charlie will speak about the importance of building a resilient leadership team.

Dr Lesley Aitcheson - Director at Cerulean Ltd., Executive Coach and Psychodynamic Psychotherapist

Lesley is the director at Cerulean Ltd., a company specialising in providing tailored learning and development to affect change and produce results from day 1. Their emphasis is on high quality, relevant and practical training that people can take back to their work places and apply with growing confidence. Lesley has a background in both business and psychology, so is able to bring a useful mix of skills to training design and delivery – by helping people assimilate their learning and try new skills with colleagues. Lesley is also a Psychodynamic Psychotherapist working at Harley Counselling and Psychotherapy, a small private practice based at Harley Street, London, working with individual adults.

Lesley will speak about the similarities, differences and boundaries between coaching and therapy; and how coaching serves as powerful intervention for personal and leadership development.

Peter Lanagan - Award-winning International learning and development professional

Peter Lanagan has 26 years of experience in the pharma/biotech industry. He has worked with large companies such as Shire, Amgen, Bausch & Lomb and Eli Lilly. His experience in commercial excellence includes building and processing implementation in sales and marketing, change management, commercial planning processes, sales management and coaching. He has particular therapeutic experience in various areas including Oncology, Nephrology, Bone disease, Rare diseases, Psychiatry and Primary Care. His commercial capabilities are evident through his connections in multiple regions throughout the world, including Europe (and the CEE), North America, South America, North Africa and the Middle-East.

Peter will speak about how he has used the RQi in the pharmaceutical sector as a platform for coaching, teambuilding and change management.
