Kirtan the singing or chanting of a sacred mantras is an easy yet sublime method of yoga meditation that has been practiced since the time immemorial. It is as universal as the sunrise. It transcends all languages nationalities and religion faiths.Kirtan is known for its ability to calm the mind, open the heart, and connect people with their inner selves and with others. It is a form of meditation in motion, where the music and chanting serve as a pathway to stillness and deep relaxation.At this event, we will also practicing some deep breathing exercise. These exercises are designed to help you relax, focus, and clear your mind, making it easier to get the most out of the meditation practice.Whether you are new to kirtan or have been practicing for years, attending a kirtan event is a wonderful way to connect with yourself, others, and the divine.
